Enckell Law Firm is a business law firm specialized in Real Estate, M&A, Employment and Dispute Resolution.

Our goal is to provide to our clients qualitative and cost-efficient advice from experienced lawyers with the purpose to contribute to our clients businesses. We strive for combining client focus, integrity and engagement with a sound company culture in a productive working climate.

Our lawyers have vast experience from some of the leading law firms in Sweden and work regularlyt with minor as well as major corporate and real estate transactions.

We focus on creating added value to our clients’ businesses and to optimize the commercial value of their transactions through client focus and integrity. We strive to create success for our clients by specialized and cost effective advice. We believe in long-term relations and to be market leading within our core competences.

Our clients include real estate companies, property developers, public real estate funds, private corporations and private investors, Swedish as well as international. We work with both small and large assignments. We integrate in various ways sports and training in our business and we appreciate working with clients within those fields.

We arrange the annual golf tournament REAL ESTATE INVITATIONAL.The tournament is open for people working in the real estate industry in Sweden (and Denmark/Norway).

Our office is located in the heart of Malmö, in Flensburska gården at Skomakaregatan 1.

The firm has founded and arranges annually the golf tournament REAL ESTATE INVITATIONAL.The tournament, which started in 2016, is held for the commercial real estate industry in Sweden and has developed into a recurring leading meeting place for the entire industry.
